Ecommerce launch & growth proposal · August 17, 2026

Build the operating system behind a trusted peptide company.

Elian Labs is entering a high-interest, high-scrutiny market. Our goal is to build credibility and trust, attract and convert first-time buyers, and turn initial orders into repeat purchases.

01 · The market reality

Elian is not missing a campaign. It is missing the system that makes growth possible.

A new brand in this category has to solve operations, trust and acquisition together. If any one of them fails, the others have little room to work.

High-scrutiny category

In peptide ecommerce, trust is not a brand layer. It is operating infrastructure.

Customers evaluate purity, testing, consistency and credibility before they evaluate an offer. At the same time, payment providers, commerce platforms and advertising channels apply their own rules and may change access with little notice. Elian needs a brand customers believe in, a website that converts, acquisition channels it owns and systems that support reliable operations.

02 · Where growth begins

Four priorities turn a new store into a credible commercial business.

The opening strategy is not just advertising. Elian first needs to build a strong foundation, give customers a reason to trust the brand, create direct paths to its audience and collect enough data to know what deserves more investment.

01 / Operations

Build the foundation

  • Establish backend systems
  • Connect inventory data
  • Configure Canadian shipping and fulfillment rules
  • Improve the store theme to increase trust and authority
  • Prepare a commerce-continuity plan with portable store data
  • Build operational automations that remove manual work and support a lean operation
Outcome · reliable commerce
02 / Positioning

Make quality visible and believable

  • Build practical brand guidelines
  • Clarify the brand’s commercial and research positioning
  • Lead with Canadian manufacturing, purity and transparency
  • Surface lot testing and certificates of analysis
  • Strengthen product and company credibility
  • Use consistent, Elian-approved product language
Outcome · earned confidence
03 / Owned demand

Build channels Elian controls

  • Capture product interest and back-in-stock demand
  • Build lifecycle email and customer segmentation
  • Develop research-intent organic search visibility
  • Establish a referral growth system
  • Activate founder, partner and affiliate outreach
  • Develop a wholesale channel when margins support it
Outcome · compounding audience
04 / Economics

Learn what can scale responsibly

  • Measure units per order and contribution margin
  • Improve basket size through appropriate offers
  • Track customers and revenue by source
  • Test eligible acquisition channels carefully
  • Put more capacity only where evidence earns it
Outcome · informed investment
03 · The first 90 days

Replace uncertainty with a working growth system.

Build first.Learn fast.

Elian does not need to spend like a mature brand. It needs to operate like one from its first customer—then use real purchasing behaviour to decide where growth capital goes next.

The opening period establishes systems and initial channel evidence. Organic visibility, brand authority, partner development and customer retention compound over time; no revenue, ranking, channel-approval or profitability outcome is guaranteed.

04 · How the engagement unfolds

Build immediately. Launch demand. Then expand what works.

RevShift operates as Elian’s fractional ecommerce and growth operator. Work progresses across the business in parallel, with one prioritized backlog focused on the highest-value constraint and fastest path to revenue.

Phase 01 · Build

Create the commercial foundation

Begin the operational, brand and channel work together so Elian can launch growth activity as quickly as the required pieces are ready.

  • Connect inventory data and configure shipping workflows
  • Improve priority store and product-page trust elements
  • Create the brand, messaging, content and channel-readiness foundation
  • Build lifecycle email flows and initial campaigns
  • Begin priority SEO pages and technical content
  • Implement analytics, attribution and reporting
  • Prepare portable commerce data and a platform-continuity plan
Foundation · Included
Phase 02 · Launch

Put the first growth engines to work

Activate channels as they become ready rather than waiting for every part of the operating system to be complete.

  • Launch lifecycle flows and ongoing email campaigns
  • Publish priority SEO pages and educational content
  • Launch referral and affiliate systems
  • Start founder, partner and publisher outreach
  • When selected, launch paid creative and landing-page tests where access remains available
Activation · Paid media optional
Phase 03 · Optimize

Learn, improve and scale deliberately

Use real store, customer and channel behaviour to strengthen conversion, retention and the allocation of future growth investment.

  • Improve conversion, basket size and purchasing confidence
  • Optimize email, search, content and referral performance
  • Expand the partners and channels producing qualified demand
  • Optimize paid acquisition when the management add-on is active
  • Evaluate and develop wholesale when margins support it
  • Build prioritized automations that support lean operations
  • Maintain the commercial roadmap and reporting cadence

Phases overlap by design. Paid media is separately priced and remains subject to platform approval and policy changes. If a critical commerce platform removes access, RevShift will prioritize a rapid migration of the essential storefront to an agreed alternative. The final Statement of Work will define priorities, capacity and client approval responsibilities.

05 · The trust-led growth system

Brand and proof create the demand that shortcuts cannot sustain.

The most durable channels in this category—search authority, email, referrals and professional credibility—take time to compound. Unlike rented reach, each strengthens an asset Elian continues to own.

01 / Prove

Visible quality

Manufacturing, purity, testing, COAs and clear company standards establish credibility.

02 / Discover

Qualified reach

Search, paid acquisition when selected, partners, publishers and direct outreach create relevant discovery.

03 / Capture

Owned audience

Waitlists, availability alerts, email and account relationships turn visits into future access.

04 / Convert

Confident purchase

Product presentation, offers, navigation and checkout make the buying decision easier.

05 / Retain

Customer value

Relevant follow-up, product availability and service convert first orders into durable relationships.

06 · Why RevShift

Senior experience, hands-on execution and no agency handoff.

18Years
Built for connected problems

Ecommerce experience.Work directly with me.

I have spent 18 years building, fixing and scaling ecommerce businesses across Shopify, operations, merchandising, creative, lifecycle marketing, acquisition and conversion. Elian’s challenge is not isolated to one page or channel. The value is knowing what must exist first, where risk is hiding and how to turn early execution into a commercial system the company can keep building on.

01 / InvolvementFounder-level attention

The senior operator in the room is the person doing the work.

02 / JudgmentCommercial + technical

Decisions are weighed against customer impact, margin and business reality.

03 / SystemsAutomation with standards

Automate repeatable operations while maintaining control and accuracy.

04 / OwnershipDirect accountability

One operator responsible for priorities, execution and delivery.

07 · Investment

Build the operating foundation. Scale acquisition separately.

The foundational retainer covers the initial system build and ongoing operator capacity across commerce, content, email, partners and automation. Paid Acquisition Management is available as a separate add-on so Elian can control its launch pace and increase investment only when the evidence supports it.

Required foundation

Growth foundation + ecommerce operations

Commerce operations

One active storefront, inventory and shipping workflows, merchandising, maintenance, conversion improvements and platform-contingency readiness.

Email + retention

Core lifecycle flows, campaigns, segmentation and ongoing retention optimization.

Organic visibility

Research-intent SEO, technical foundations and prioritized educational and commercial content.

Partners + outreach

Affiliate, referral and partner development, with wholesale evaluated as margins allow.

Brand + creative

Working brand standards and practical website, email, affiliate and AI-assisted creative assets within the prioritized backlog.

Measurement + automation

Analytics, channel reporting and one material automation workflow in development at a time.

Recommended acquisition add-on

Paid Acquisition Management

RevShift will build and actively manage one primary advertising channel, beginning with Meta where account access and platform policy permit. The program is designed to test demand, learn which offers and creative earn response, and increase spend only when performance and margins support it.

Management includes

Channel research, tracking, campaign architecture, static creative and copy, launch, budget allocation, optimization, landing-page testing and reporting.

Scope + approvals

One primary advertising platform. Material budget increases require Elian’s approval; additional platforms or materially expanded creative requirements may require a revised scope.

How capacity works

One prioritized operating backlog

  • All baseline workstreams draw from the same monthly capacity
  • The first phase is weighted toward setup and commercial readiness
  • Weekly priorities are agreed with one authorized client contact
  • Timing depends on complete access, inventory inputs and approvals
  • Channel, ranking, revenue and profitability outcomes are not guaranteed
Separately scoped or paid

Costs outside the foundational retainer

  • Paid Acquisition Management and all advertising spend
  • Affiliate commissions, creators and sponsorships
  • Apps, licences, processors, hosting, shipping and fulfillment costs
  • Legal, regulatory, product-authorization or claims advice
  • Planned full redesigns, complex replatforming, custom apps or non-essential integrations
  • Warehouse labour, customer service and product procurement
  • Multiple scaled paid channels or high-volume creative production

Emergency continuity work covers migration of the essential storefront and available commerce data; replacement-platform fees, specialist integrations and broader redesign work remain separate. Elian remains responsible for its products, product legality, factual claims, approvals and platform-policy compliance. RevShift will work within the approved commercial position and may decline or redirect instructions that create material legal, security or platform risk.

The decision

Enter the market with control and credibility.

Elian does not need to force scale before the business is ready. It needs to build the operating, brand and audience foundations that make sustainable growth possible—and start learning from real customers immediately.
